Accountant for Qatar | Hiring 2026 Full Time

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily accounting operations and financial transactions
• prepare and review journal entries, invoices, vouchers, and payment documentation
• Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (Trial Balance, Income statement, Cash flow statement)
• Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger reconciliations
• Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable  aging reports
• Maintain and update the Fixed Asset Register
• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and financial regulations
• Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation
• Supervise and guide junior accounting staff when required

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 7+ years of relevant accounting experience in a senior level role
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
• Experience handling full set of accounts independtly
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Arab nationality preferred
• Immediate joiner preferred
