Shopify is actively looking for senior customer success managers worldwide to support their growing base of Shopify Plus merchants. Our Customer success team partners with Shopify plus merchants to help them grow and realize value from the Shopify, and also to build long term success

Key Responsibilities for Shopify Remote Jobs 2026

Following are some key responsibilities for jobs:

• Build and maintain strong and good relationship with Shopify Plus Merchants
• Help merchants grow their business and maximize value from Shopify platform
• Onboard new enterprise clients and guide them through platform features
• Identify growth opportunities and upsell relevant Shopify products and services
• Monitor merchant health metrics and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and sales teams to relay merchant feedback
• Conduct regular business reviews with merchants to track goals and progress
• Meet and exceed customer retention and satisfaction targets

Eligibility Criteria

• You should have 3-5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar role to be eligible for Shopify Remote Jobs
• Experience working with SaaS platform or experience in E-commerce solutions preferred
• Strong aptitude toward various web, eCommerce, and also, hosting technologies and how they work together
• For, Shopify remote jobs, you should have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Ability to manage multiple merchant accounts simultaneously
