Giga Mall Islamabad, Pakistan is hiring Civil Supervisor.

Job Description:

Supervise daily on site construction, maintenance and upgradation activities, ensuring the work adhere to safety protocols, design specifications, and schedules. Key resposnsibilities include coordinating subcontractors and workers conducting site inspections, managing materials, and resolving technical issues to meet quality standards. To act as the primary liaison between civil engineer and field teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil engineering or / Dae Civil works having 3 to 4 years of experience
• Proven experience in building maintenance, preferably in commercial or retail environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
• Sound knowledge of building systems, codes and regulations
• Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities
• Effective communication skills both verbal and written
