Quantity Surveyor

Haji Hassan Group is currently looking to hire a qualified and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare project valuations and interim valuations
• Verify quantities of supplied materials against claims
• Prepare and submit invoices and follow up on payments
• Attend valuation meetings and obtain client certification.
• Review and certify subcontractors’ valuations and prepare payment authorizations.
• Prepare final accounts and analyze tender costings.
• Assist in tender and contract documentation including Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
• Conduct cost analysis, feasibility studies, and value engineering.
• Manage commercial risks and provide contractual advice.
• Monitor cost control and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Maintain awareness of contract conditions and health & safety regulations.

Requirements:

•Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
•Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
•High attention to detail and ability to work independently.
